      The CYY-LK2 Carbon Silicon Analyzer is based on the CYY-TL1 Carbon Silicon Analyzer. It has been upgraded with system enhancements so that it can not only analyze data such as carbon and silicon content, but also estimate the hardness and tensile strength of the material. The instrument is also equipped with a printing function to facilitate data record keeping. The instrument adopts portable design, which enhances the anti electromagnetic interference performance and dust-proof performance. It is simple and convenient to operate. A small ladle of molten iron can be poured into the pouring cup by the furnace worker, and a series of data such as carbon and silicon content of molten iron can be measured.

Installation Instructions

      Installation and use method

     1. Use a 220v power supply with a grounded triangular plug socket, and confirm that the power socket is correctly connected and well grounded!

      2. Avoid installing the instrument in an environment with a strong magnetic field or electric field.

      3. A series of data such as the carbon, silicon content of the molten iron can be measured by the furnace worker by the way, by pouring a small scoop of molten iron into the pouring cup.

      Interface description:

    
    The sample cup is installed on the supporting bracket of the instrument. The instrument displays the current indoor temperature.
